Hey Atomic,
I've cut off the biotin and magnesium.
Still keeping up with the LE diet and regular exercise, also had a couple of wines, for context I'm 26 and have a pretty regular cycle. I'm just finished AF and I am on cycle day 5. My usual cycle length is 25 days. When is the best time to use a OPK or should I just see if I EWCM and is there anything else I can do leading up to the one attempt to sway pink? Thank you!

there are no dumb questions, please ask as many as you have!
I would like you to start OPK before the earliest you might surge/ovulate so you can see them go from negative to positive. Once you get a feel for them you'll be able to reduce this time to fewer days.
Since you have a 25 day cycle normally, that means you could be ovulating as early as CD 11. Let's start OPK CD 8 and it will likely be negative then. You'll be able to see the tests go from negative to positive.
Just so you understand the CD 11 is not the most likely day you're ovulating, it's the EARLIEST day you might be ovulating. It's also possible you ovulated later, and had a shorter LP. but we want to start sooner so we cover you even if you are Oing that soon.

Perfect, thank you so much for the advice! I'll do that and track it accordingly. I really appreciate it. I don't have any kids and this would be my first and hopefully it sways pink but either way from what I see from you and what you say to others is to take it easy and not be so stressed about it!
