As time continues to fly and swaying seems closer and closer I was debating adding Coffee and/or alcohol into my diet. I've never been a big drinker of either but I know both have good success so I was just hoping for more information on how important they are and how much to drink for someone who really doesn't have much of either? Also is one more important than the other?
