Hi there, another question, I am
a Director of a company and have read that women in my position can have higher testosterone levels which can sway boy. Should I get my levels tested and try and reduce if high?

Also, best ways to reduce levels?

Thanks

The diet and exercise we recommend will lower your T levels naturally. (though we have reason to believe that testosterone levels alone are actually NOT what is swaying blue). This is all taken into consideration in the recommendations of the site. You don't need to do anything beyond that.

PLEASE, please, a million times over, do NOT now launch into some big project where you research ways to lower testosterone and start doing a bunch of stuff along those lines. THAT is the control freakish stuff we are really talking about when people discuss "testosterone" is that control freakishness that some of us with boys have.

you already have two girls, so it can't be that you are coming into TTC super set for boys. Don't fall into the trap where you then end up doing "Swaymageddon 2020" and make yourself more blue friendly than you even were!
