Checking about Iron

Hi Atomic

I've now taken the iron tablets my Dr gave me for iron deficiency for 6 weeks, I'm going to switch to 3 times a week now, but wanted to ask your advice about the dosage please.

The tablets my dr gave me are 305mg, should I take this 3 times per week or take a different lower dose one. We have a local shop that sells 20mg iron tablets, would they be better or does it not matter?

Continue what you're taking 3x a week. Dropping from 305 mg to 20 (even though I suspect they're formulated differently) would be a massive decrease.
