Hot bath before attempt?

Hi, just a quick one, my attempt is tonight, I'm panicking hoping all goes to plan! and I forgot to ask previously if hot baths are still advised before hand?

Hot baths are fine, I doubt they really do much of anything though.

That's ok no problem at all I know how super busy you are! we went ahead with attempt and didn't do hot bath, jumped and dumped after 5 minutes, �� although I'm not holding my breath for the first month.
