You can absolutely get a boy with 2 attempts! :) But no one aim at the day after O Day as in most cases the egg is gone (either dead or fertilized) by then.

Hey Atomic i am waiting for my periods. I am so excited and nervous at the same time. Does my husband need to drink coffee every day when we do unprotected attempt after positive opk.? And coffee with milk is ok for him

Coffee is fine for him but he doesn't need to drink it. There is very little evidence that caffeine with sex helps at all, and then the man ends up so exhausted because he can't sleep due to the coffee, that it backfires and he can't continue having sex!

Then what should he drink a cup of milk or anything like red bull or any mucinex?

Red bull is just as bad because it too has caffeine. So when men start drinking caffeine at night when they're having attempts, it makes it so they can't sleep, then they get tired and don't want to do any more attempts. I don't think coffee or Red Bull even help, so it doesn't seem like a good idea to me. Some people do still choose to try it, but when we're trying for more than one attempt over the course of a couple days I think it causes more harm than good.

if he wanted to take a vitamin with B vitamins in it, about an hour beforehand, maybe that might be something if you wanted him to do something. Mucinex is also fine for him before your attempt.

Thanks atomic, i think he should not drink anything in that case before attempt . How about cold shower Before attempt? And i will get positive opk either on cd 10 or cd 12 what are the best days for unprotected bedding before positive opk.so hubby will get enough time to regenerate sperm for unprotected bedding.

Heat does harm sperm but cold does not magically heal them. There is no benefit to a cold shower before sex. It does nothing to help sperm (if they're dead from heat, they're dead forever and a shower cannot resurrect them)

I would just have hubby be releasing every 2-4 days. You don't have to have him release on a certain day if you're having him do regular release. This is because regular release will encourage his body to make so much sperm that even if he had released (for example) CD 9, and then you got positive OPK CD 10 and had attempts CD 10, 11, 12, he would not have been at all depleted from the CD 9 release. 24 hours is enough time for the sperm to regenerate if a man has been doing regular release, since he won't be drained or depleted in that case.

If you have natural EWCM you do not need Preseed. I got 4 boys and I never used it!

But many people who are swaying blue don't make much EWCM on their own. So they can use it if they need to. Others have EWCM but have been told by other sway sites that they have to use some kind of douche or jelly to have success with blue. Even though this isn't true, I let people use Preseed because it is much safer than the douches.

There is no harm in drinking lemon water all through the cycle. I would just keep drinking it till you're sure you have ovulated.

A lot of us see our EWCM dry up the day before ovulation! So you can't always tell on that basis if you have ovulated or not.

Hey Atomic. Is using pressed is comfortable in bedding? i mean we never used any lubricants in past, so i am nervous if i use it this time on peak opk day and what if my hubby feel very sticky and if he doesn't like it what if he messed up with first bedding [emoji19]. I am very scared

I've never used it myself. Some people like it, others find it too slippery (especially when they use a lot of it).

Why not maybe try it at a point before the fertile window opens to see if it will work for you?

I would experiment with different amounts to see what your hubby's preference is. :)

There is no harm, it's just that some guys find too much too slippery. And too little just means there won't be enough to help.
