13w1d measuring 13w3d. Any guesses?

So I was 13w1d but measuring 13w3d. The ultrasound tech was not sure what I was looking for and also did not believe in the nub theory so she did not provide the best photo, but this is what I got. Unfortunately baby is upside down and I think the cord is covering the end of the nub. But I am hoping someone with a little more experience can maybe see something more or look at the angle of the nub and give me an idea? Thank you so much for any insight!!!! XOXO

Thank you, Atomic. I appreciate you taking the time to look. I am so frustrated because the tech acted like she knew what she was doing but clearly did not. Ugh.
