Hey ...

I am turning 40 ina few days, been trying to conceive for almost a year. Started to try after 6 months of Dr papa diet, switched to LE diet this March, tried cut off for most cycles, but kept missing fertile window due to very irregular cycles.

Letting go timing, even though I am not comfortable. I conceived my 3 sons with one attempt night before O, all confirmed by ultrasound. Even without cut off I am having a hard time, since DH has very low sex drive, so once every 5 days works... less that very hard. Let aside when the day is right, it would just never work even though I don't say anything and pretend that we are still far away from O...

Now, I am getting depressed turning 40. To me it marks the end of my dream to have a baby girl..

Would love to have a TTC 40 year old buddy to share experiences, and give me hope.

But the vast majority of babies are conceived either O-2, O-1 or O Day. Both boys and girls. Scientists have studied it and proven 50-50 boys and girls are conceived every day of the fertile window. So it just doesn't mean anything that you got your boys that day, it's because that's when all babies are conceived!!!

I conceived my daughter at 41 and had her at 42 so I know it is possible!!!

Hey!

Would love to be your sway buddy!

I’m turning 40 next month and also have 3 boys. I had a miscarriage a couple of weeks ago. No sight of ovulation yet unfortunately, doing OPK’s twice daily now. Also feeling a little deflated now...

Got back on alternative diet and exercise and alcohol.

Hope we are both lucky soon!
