Which type of probiotic is better for a boy sway?
Liquid based like yakult fermented milk
Or something like chewable acidophilus tablets. Does it matter which type?
On an unrelated note, does it harm a boy sway if I am a little overweight? I think my BMI is around 27 due to failing to shift baby weight from 3 years ago. Husband is also overweight and we were smaller when last conceived a boy.
Of note my diet I believe is full of nutrients, just too many of them re: portions versus the amount of exercise I do which is moderate rather than intense
