Hi! So it's been a little while since I've posted here.
We are gearing up to sway boy (again) in Nov/Dec 2020.
My DD is 8 months old. I just finished weaning completely a few days ago but my cycle returned without skipping a beat once she started sleeping through the night at 5 months.
I'm thinking mid-Sept I'll modify my diet to be more "boy friendly", right now H and I are on a low carb/low bad cholesterol diet due to his Drs orders.
What are your thoughts on this prenatal?
Actif Organic Prenatal Vitamin with 25+ Organic Vitamins, 100% Natural, DHA, EPA, Omega 3, and Organic Herbal Blend - Non-GMO, 90 Count
I'm hypothyroid so taking a good quality multivitamin is important b/c my levels are always off for things like Zinc, Copper, Mag, B12, Vit D.
Thanks!

I don't care for that one because it has high dose B6 and then spirulina and chlorella, which have been linked to motor neuron disease (like ALS/Lou Gehrig's)

It also has pepperming, which may sway pink, red rasp. leaf which I do not trust for swaying in either direction as there's mixed data, and a couple other ingredients I don't feel have been adequately investigated for safety or swaying.
