Month 2 ttc- we used Femara last month but my husband left early in the fertile week so we didn’t conceive. I’m nearing ovulation and my PH is about a 5.5/6- I’ve read all the essays about PH but I just need confirmation that we shouldn’t use rephresh- I’ve been on LE 16 weeks and done cardio for an hour 5 days a week as well for that whole time. I would really like to conceive this month! I have 4 sweet sons and would love to conceive a girl.

I do not recommend jellies after the first month on Femara. They don't work (our stats have shown clearly the same number of people getting boys and girls with them) and really cut odds of conception. And since on Femara you need to get pregnant quickly, we don't want to do anything to cut odds of conception. I let people try it the first month just so people who want to do everything can feel they did, but I don't think the jellies work.

Thanks so much! I haven’t used them so far but was curious as I get down to the wire for ovulation. Does the amount of cervical mucous sway at all? I haven’t got a positive opk yet but seem to have more cm than I did last month on Femara.

We originally had speculated about it swaying in the past but over time it's seemed to make no difference at all especially when on the fertility meds.
