Hi Ladies, I知 a few weeks away from our first attempt.Were going to try this month but both my husband and I have the flu.
Excercise 4 -5 times week and hour long.Either walking for an hour, or hot yoga and cardio.
Fasting until 10am
I知 a health fanatic, so trying to go LED as much as I can.Im mainly having rice and veggies, pasta and veggies as lunch and dinner , , shredded wheat with almond milk for bfast or egg whites on toast, normally a pear, hommus and carrot for a snack, yoghurt and berries for desset and Diet Coke and one coffee in the day.
I was going to use clomid this cycle, aspirin, folate and was put on metformin.
