View Full Version : Anyone else pain in legs TTC girl

Hiya,

Can anyone tell me if it is a good sign when TTC girl that I have muscle pain in my legs... like really badly? I am currently walking an hour 3 times a week and cycling for an hour 3 times a week. Just a steady pace, not racing or anything.
I don’t think I am gaining muscle with 1200kcals (I try to aim for more) a day, still losing weight a little (trying to hold steady at BMI 18.8) and 40-50g fat and protein a day. Maybe my legs have to get used to walking and cycling whilst losing weight??
Does anyone else have this? Is it a good sign or not?

Im doing my best to stick to 50g fat and protein like Atomic told me I should.

This is not something people have reported to me. While it's probably just DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) let's try switching to just walking a couple weeks and see if it improves.

You can't possibly be gaining any muscle on that amount of food intake but are you able to hold steady on weight eating so little?? I am concerned you're not getting enough. I do not want you to lose any more weight.
