If I wanted you to take myoinositol and co q 10 I would have put them in your plan.
I can go look up why that was if you want me to, but they are something I only give about 10% of people so I usually don't give them to people for good reasons.

If you stop ovulating and get a very short LP due to the supplements plus dieting, then you will end up shooting yourself in the foot. You won't get pregnant and we'd waste a bunch of months, and likely have to basically go onto a blue sway diet to get O going again.
The odds are very good that since you just had a baby your egg quality is fine. The "35" thing is HUGELY overblown and based on data from the 1600's (that is not a typo). We are finding people getting pregnant easily even into their early 40's.
If you really want to try the supps, you can take 100 mg coq10 all cycle long till BFP then wean off, and 500 mg (do not take more than this please regardless of what the label on the box says) every day from AF-O, and then every other day from O-AF and finish weaning off at BFP.

Both dieting and supplements can lower hormones too far. We are trying to hit a sweet spot between reducing levels of some hormones while not going too far and stopping ovulation.
