Hello Atomic and other ladies,
I read in a thread about how to eat and when to eat for TTC a girl, that it is best to try to eat meals with either quick burn carbs (do you have some examples of these foods?) or mainly protein but not too many meals with both carbs and protein. Have I said that correctly?
I know that pure protein is:
- eggs
- chicken
- many kinds of fish...
- other examples???
I know that quick burn carbs are:
- candy
- white bread
- white rice
- white pasta
- other examples???
I hope I have been eating my meals the right way!
Also, which meat is preferable if you have to eat meat during dinner?
Im going out to dinner for the first time during my fertile window in the month we are finally TTC LOL and its a meat restaurant (husband surprised me for my birthday) I will either have a small steak (beef) or chicken.... which one is best?
