Best parentals?

Hey Atomic, I got my bfp this morning (yay) 4 days before af is due, should I start parentals right away? Also which would you recommend as i have read that you don't recommend pregnacare and that is what I used with my boys. Any advice appreciated, oh just to add I am in the UK :)

I have a lot of UK girls on Centrum instead, even though it's not technically a prenatal.

Any prenatal that doesn't ahve the megadoses and the herbs in it is fine though, even a store brand.

Yes yes start them right away!
