Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Huge changes. Became largely vegetarian, did pretty strict IF, counted grams of fat, protein, and carbs. No snacking, switched to black coffee.

Did DH change his diet with you?

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He was diagnosed with diabetes within the past year so on his own he was eating a little better with an increase in diet foods. He avoided red meat for our sway and regularly skips lunch.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I had an average of 2 cups of black coffee in the AM as to not break my fast and occasionally had one more in the afternoon, usually decaf but sometimes regular.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I swayed with GD in 2014 and did not try hard with the diet so I felt if I was praying for a daughter, I needed to commit and give it my all. It was not that hard after a month or two.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
155 (25 bmi) at the start, 128 (20 bmi) at the end.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I was shocked how the weight fell off and at the end I felt too skinny. I'm thankful I was able to conceive. I was thinking I might lose 10 lbs but when I lost over 20 I felt that hopefully I had "shocked" my body enough and hoped I didn't have to sway for much longer.

We tried not to use lube at all, but the frequent release was making that more difficult, so we ended up using Astroglide at the end. I did not use any jellies, got up to pee after 5 minutes, then went to bed.

Any additional supplement info?
I took femara 2.5mg days 3-7, fiber before each meal, baby asprin as recommended by my OB, myoinositol, and folic acid. One iron tablet every other day because I am anemic.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Lavender deodorant and put lavender oil on my belly during follicular phase.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I really gave it my all. I worked hard and prayed a lot. I ultimately believe if it works it will be because God answered my prayer but if not I will still be glad I tried so hard.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I gave up diet a little bit in this tww. My attempt was the day before O.
