Hello, everyone!
I've been doing research for the past month and have noticed that diet, exercise and clomid have the best sway results.
We have 3 boys and didn't have an issue getting pregnant.
I've read a few posts about clomid but most seem to be from a few years ago. We are currently stationed in Germany and I just got my iud out, so I know my GP won't prescribe it to me. We are waiting until December to try with changing diet and lots of exercise but I don't think that even in 3 months they would, as that's not enough time. So my main question would be how do people get it online safely? I've read up on how to take it, side effects so I feel somewhat prepared.
Thank you

Also, one attempt, though that's become hidden in the stats because too many people have refused to do diet and exercise for their sway and ONLY did the one attempt.

There are some reputable sites out there (though I can't help you with that for liability reasons) or people go to countries they can get it over the counter like Spain.

Thank you!
Spain could be an option since we are in Germany right now! Any other European counties you know that do it?
I am definitely going to try my hardest to stick to diet, one attempt and exercise!
Thank you again!

Some of the Eastern European countries do (and that may be closer to you) but I don't remember off the top of my head which ones do, I'm sorry.

No, worries!
Could you possibly clear up the girl supplements for me? My head is starting to spin, I ordered Vitex, then read about Clomid, I ordered liquorice root which came today, and literally just read one of your posts about it possibly swaying blue and causing birth defects! I also picked up some fiber gummies to take with meals, folic acid. So could you please clear up what I do need and what I don't need so I stop ordering stuff off amazon and then tossing it? LOL! Thank you so much for all your help again

Supplements have been very overrated. I only keep them in the mix simply because if I don't, quite a few people will take them on their OWN anyway and I like them to use the safe directions I wrote for them rather than the craziness other sites put out there.

Vitex has gotten barely better than 50-50, many people can't conceive on it, and it makes people's cycles highly irregular so most of us have given that up. Licorice root is flat out dangerous for women to take when TTC, and for men, we got TERRIBLE results with it (only 33% girls while taking it, which is just absolutely looney considering our overall results are in the 70%s)

For women I'm just having you guys do fiber and folic acid or folate. A few people with moderate to severe PCOS or more than 50ish lbs to spare are also doing cinnamon and myoinositol but I don't have the majority do those things. For hubby all I'm doing is olive leaf extract and soy milk now.

I took Vitex 6 years ago, got pregnant a month later, the baby stopped having a heartbeat at 10 weeks and 5 days so we never found out the gender. It didn't cause any weird stuff for me at the time and I actually got pregnant really fast on it as we've been trying for a few months prior. Would you still say I take it or go straight to clomid? I found somewhere I can ship it from the UK to Germany!
Thank you!

I would not recommend Vitex. It's not just the vitex but in concert with the diet and exercise that it seems to cause the most problems, and one month was not enough to predict if it might have caused problems with your cycle over time.

Clomid, if you can get it, ACTUALLY sways pink. Vitex is getting significantly lower than our results without it.
