Hi atomic!

I am new to gender swaying. I have been doing research for a couple of years on how to sway for a girl naturally. I have 3 boys, 5, 2 1/2, and almost 1 year. After looking around on here I’ve noticed I have done a lot of the boy sways.... higher calorie diet a lot of red meats, prenatals, and pretty sure a lot of bding. Lol

I don’t have PCOS, I’m 27 and my husband is 40. We have never had trouble conceiving. I’m wanting some guidance on what exactly I should be doing to help sway. I have gathered I need a lower calorie diet, i am thinking of more of a vegetarian diet for myself and no red meat. I should be taking folate only? I currently take a probiotic, balance by alani nu, (which has helped me with my cycle and keeping it very regular). I do track my ovulation, which is back on 28 day cycle. With LE diet and bd every 4 days. Is there anything else I should be trying? We and our little boys are longing for a sweet little girl to add to our family! Thank you in advance! 😊

I would definitely have you do exercise.

Are you sticking in the limits of the diet?? Lower calorie is not enough, and in fact many times people on a lower calorie diet end up cutting back too far and not getting enough, and then their ovulation gets spotty.

What was your cycle like before??

I do exercise yes! I do about 30 mins a day of HIIT, and running around chasing the littles. I usually eat chorizo crumbles, egg whites and spinach for breakfast, and a veggie stir fry for lunch, or an easy vegetarian mixer (includes a veggie lentils and salsa or something along those lines) and then dinner which varies. I do snack often which is probably my biggest down fall. I love me some sweets. I also drink a glass of wine every night which I never did do with the boys, and 3 cups of coffee a day, never drank coffee before them/with them either. I believe between all three of my meals I can hit my calorie and everything that I need. I know I probably need to cut out my snacks.

Is there anything my husband should be doing? Supplements or anything? He honestly kinda eats crappy, he works all day in the heat and just grabs what’s easiest for him during the day.

And my cycles before my last son were very irregular. I would have some 30 day cycles some 45. After I stopped breastfeeding (6 months ago) they are normal now every 28 days.

You and I are basically the same person lol
I also have 3 boys, 5 1/2, 4 and 2 years old and have also done pretty much the boy sway without knowing it!
I just turned 28! I also was taking balance by Alani nu up until two weeks ago but since it has other vitamins and vitamins seem to sway blue, I have stopped
I am gonna follow your post :)

This is great! Boys mom unite!! Omg thank you so much for mentioning that I didn’t even think to check whah was all in the balance! Maybe we can be TCC buddies! I’m most worried about my diet, I like to eat a lot and snack. Running after all these boys keep me famished 😅

Do you have totals for fat, protein, and calories??

:agree: on adding coffee and alcohol

:agree: giving up snacks

The supplements for hubby really haven't worked, but if he's willing and has no issues with health or sperm count you can give him 500 mg olive leaf extract daily started right away and continued on till BFP, then have him wean off, and soy milk 12-48 ounces daily also started right away, but you can just drop that one.

Were you breastfeeding or within a year postpartum when your cycles were irregular?

I prefer 60 minutes of exercise, even if part of that is walking.

Thank you so much I will write out my nutrition the next couple of days and see what I need to tweak. I do know with my boys there was a lot of bds in my fertile window, I have seen some people say abstain, or try two days before speculated ovulation? So I am a little confused about that or does it just truly not matter?

Have one attempt. Timing has been completely debunked but we typically ahve our one attempt at first positive oPK just because it's a good spot for a conception with one attempt, but it's the one attempt that actually sways for reasons we can only guess at.

You can then add 7-10 days of abstain or daily release TO that if you want, but neither of them have added anything in our results.
