Hey everyone looking for a bit of help, I was given a lot of advice to sway pink and have been following this for 3 weeks so far but I’ve spent the last few days reading up on here and found lots of conflicting advice. Can anyone who’s wiser tell me what I’m doing right and wrong so I don’t mess up my sway please?
I have gone vegetarian except for a bit of tuna once or twice a week.
Keeping sodium and potassium levels low.
Taking calcium, mag and folic acid supplements.
Two meals per day.
Cut out bananas, potatoes, tomatoes.
A can of Diet Coke per day.
I do eat some milk choc daily should I cut this out?
I have Drank decaf tea only for the past year I still have a few daily with one sugar in should I stop?
I work 40-50 hour weeks on my feet all day should I still be doing cardio when I get home?
Ive got rose quartz necklace and salt lamp.
I would skip breakfast however I’m up from 5am (start work 7.30) and if I don’t eat at 11am on my break I wouldn’t eat until 2.30pm and probably collapse it’s a hard job.
Sorry for the long post any help is gratefully appreciated.

Do you have totals for protein, fat, and calories?
What is your BMI?
Do you have PCOS or a history of gestational diabetes, or more than 50ish lbs to spare?
The mineral stuff is fine if you want to do it but it's been debunked and most of us on here got at least one or even two opposites with it. PLEASE be careful not to cut sodium and potassium out COMPLETELY because you can die from that. 1000 mg sodium and 2500 mg potassium minimum (and this is the same recommendation as the mineral diets, because this is the amount you need to survive)
You don't need to cut out potatoes, bananas, and tomatoes. Some people say that because they're trying to limit potassium. But many people have a hard time getting enough potassium on sway diets and end up making themselves ill, so be willing to have some of those foods to ensure you get enough potassium.
Chocolate is fine provided you don't have PCOS or insulin resistance.
I would give up tea completely even decaf. We have seen lots of boys conceived with tea and more girls with coffee.
On the days you work you do not need to do exercise. I'd do exercise on days you don't work if you can.
You need to eat breakfast in that case.

Thank you so much for the advice. I haven’t been counting totals for those is there an amount I should be aiming for for each? I don’t have pcos or diabetes. My BMI is around 20 I’m 5’7 and around 140lb. I’m off today just been for 90 mins brisk walk around the park with my kids I will aim to do this on my days off. Thanks again for responding to me I’m really panicking I’ve messed it all up. I will cut out tea from tomorrow and swap for coffee. And thank you this site is incredibly helpful I’m hoping to find my feet a bit on here over the next few weeks.

Ok. You need to try to hold steady on weight, don't lose any more than that. You're good to go on just a basic sway diet, no need to follow any special diet or take the other supps.
There is a LOT of info on this site, but I am always here answering questions every day to guide you thru it all. Just ask, ask, ask as many questions as you have.
Even if you can only get 60 minutes that is enough. :) Good luck and pink dust.
