As well as taking Centrum advanced 50+, should I get Menevit for DH as part of our blue sway?
Each tablet contains:
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg
Zinc 25 mg
d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) 400 IU
Folic acid 500 mcg
Lycopene 6 mg
Garlic oil (equiv, allium sativum bulb fresh 1g) 333 mcg
Selenium 26 mcg

No. Just give him the Centrum. It has all he needs of those things, and more is not better (particluarly of the Vit. E and Zinc.) He can eat garlic in his diet and does not need supplements.

Also I want to drink tea as part of my sway but I like it black. Is the dash of milk what makes it blue-friendly or is it still good without milk?
