What would you do ladies?

My Obs surprisingly prescribed me 2 cycles of clomid to help with ovulation which I didn’t expect but I’m super happy about so we’re TTC this cycle! I’m on day 6 of my cycle and I’ll be 12 weeks on LE diet by the time we try. I had a pregnancy loss at the end of May and bled for a month following. Aside from that I can’t say I’ve got the strongest sway going but I’m 39 now so don’t want to prolong this for too much longer.

I’ve been taking an antihistamine for over a year to help with allergies (and sleeping!) but I’ve read that it’s best to drop antihistamine if you’re on clomid, do you think I should drop now? Or do I need this for a sway tactic?

I’ve also never had a positive OPK (even when I was on clomid last sway) so would you just BD e4d in hopes of covering O? I know one attempt is best for pink but I’ve only got 2 cycles to fall and I don’t want to stress over OPK’s when I’ve never had any success with them.. I fell preg with my DD doing e4d last sway (but I’d been on LE diet for 10 months and had lost weight so had other tactics in my favour).

Would really love some feedback x

I answered this in your coaching forum already but just for anyone interested who may have a similar question, I would give up the antihistamine and BD every 4 days in the 72 hour pattern.

Needing more help please! I’m day 10 now and I’m getting pretty strong ferns on my ‘maybe baby’ - should I start the attempts tonight? Does BD on day 10, 14, 18, 22 sound okay?? Any help appreciated, I haven’t heard from Atomic in my private coaching thread.

Yes sorry about that, we had a fire and then the Internet was out for several days. I did reply in your coaching forum but for anyone else wondering, the ferning would not be reliable that soon after the last dose of Clomid. But it's always fine to start e4d pattern sooner rather than later. I advised Flowergirl to do e4d in the every 72 hour pattern instead, so that would be more like CD 10, 13, 16, 19, 22. That is better chance of conception and still qualifies as e4d.

Thank you Atomic, was so worried when I heard what was going on there!

Thanks again for all your help and guidance :hug2:

For anyone interested we had our BD attempts days 10, 14, 17 (just how it worked out this month with life getting in the way) and I’ve had 4 faint positive pregnancy tests so I think we got lucky even with these minimal attempts! It can happen!! Only 10 dpo now so will see if the lines get stronger tomorrow.
