I started eating healthy this year. I swayed a boy 2018 but got a girl.
So I need evaluation on this one.
1. I eat vegetables ( carrot, cucumber, pumpkin leaves, scent leaves, cabbage, beetroot), in smoothie like 3-4 times a week
2. I eat ginger, garlic, sometimes turmeric in fresh form like 2-3 times per week
3. Beans with rice, or beans with unripe plantain, rice with coleslaw and red meat.
4. Drink Tigernut and coconut milk
5. Eat cat fish few times
6.Eat fried potatoes almost everyday (started craving it lately)
7. Eats peanut, cashewnut few times.
What am I not doing right for a blue sway?
What do I need to add?
Professionals pls look into my list, REALLY want this to work.
Atomic pls review my "list" for my blue sway. Want to try this month

I have 2 boys, swaying for a girl now and I can see what gave me boys. Lots of bd when trying to conceive (both times we tried every second day which apparently sways boy), snacking a lot for example I would probably snack every 2 hours lol 😂, gained a little weight after my first son but even before kids I was on the heavier side of my bmi. I also lived off potatoes not sure if that’s a boy thing but I literally ate potato everything everyday, and my husband is a European who lives off meat. Lots of vegetables for dinner aswell 😊 hope this helps. All my blue dust to you! Haha

All that is great, but I can't really look at a list of foods and tell anything about your diet as a whole.
Are you eating 3 meals a day, plus a couple of snacks?? If not, do. you don't want to be going long periods with no food coming in.
Are you getting 90 g of protein or more a day?? If not, do. Meat is a good way to get a lot of protein without too many cals so I'd eat more of that.
Are you eating much in the way of animal fat?? You want to be eating more animal fat than vegetable based fat. I am worried bcause you're eating nuts and drinking tigernut and coconut milk that you may be getting a little more vegetable fat than we want. If you can use ghee to cook that would be great.
Try to eat protein + carbs at every meal and snack.
Are you avoiding dairy for your sway or for religious reasons?

Thanks Atomic.
I eat 3meals per day and also eat in between. Either snacks or another meal.
I started HE diet last month partially, then fully this month. This is my 2nd day of AF.

The palm oil used for cooking in Nigeria and all across Africa is one of the two good-for-blue sway vegetable fats (the other is coconut oil!) GREAT! (the kind of palm oil we get in the US, Europe, and some parts of Asia is NOT good for blue).
As long as you're eating some meat and using that good palm oil (I wish ALL my blue swayers could get the African type of palm oil) then you don't need the dairy, no worries!
Whole wheat is fine for blue sways, absolutely!

If I could see you now,I would give you a tighttt hug.
This reply really put my mind to ease. Thank you Atomic!!!
Am trying to get DH to ejaculate everyday for a week(reason is long abstinence prior to now), it hasn't been often as I would love. He ejaculated on Monday once, Wednesday once, I will hold him this morning (Thursday) again.
I plan to ensure ejaculation up to 6-7times to clear off old sperm/semen (sorry TMI) for this week, then observe the 2-3 days DTD's till Ovulation.
Frequenting DTD really do sway blue. Cos we constantly was bding when I had my son(no HE dieting then,)
Thanks again, you are a blessing

Again ma, I noticed in the past months, during ovulation, I no longer have the stretchy ewcm. What I have is literary "water". Clear watery discharge that if am with no panties, runs down my legs like urine(sorry TMI)
I told my mum about it, she only pointed to veggies i use for smoothies.
If I dont get the stretchy ewcm, can I still try? Must the ewcm be present for a blue sway?

That is GOOD. That watery CM is fertile CM and may even be better than stretchy. A lot of us with all boys have that watery CM at times.

Hey Atomic , I really hope you see this soonest and reply.
So I wanted to attempt October but eneded up not. Plans to attempt December. October and November I ate much white yam + red oil and fresh onions in it, white rice, stew and a piece of red meat or 2 at meal. Then picks a piece of meat/fish in between and eat.
Then I upped my fish, catfish, ice fish in between too. Continued vegetable smoothie (cucumbers, pumpkin leaves, scent leaves, carrots, now I added bananas to it)
I have taken cereal +full milk twice, will have it today again. Stared eating eggs one in 2days. Cashew nuts every single day, I snuff myself with it.
I eat well that am always bloated but no junks. I stay the healthy eating strictly last to this year. Always on nutrient dense food
Now my question is will 2lemons a day for 2weeks (AF to ovulation)make my sway count?
Adding prenatals for 2weeks will it serve too?
Seriously lifting weight for 2weeks is it fine?
Then upping my beans seriously for 2weeks, does it sound good OR the yam and white rice, has it spoilt my sway?

I think you're doing very well. I would not bother eating a bunch of lemons and beans now. There's nothing that will help about lemons and beans for 2 weeks and I'm worried the beans will make your stomach very upset and undo the good of the diet (sometimes if you are very ill, with loose stool, you will absorb less nutrients.
Are you gaining a lot of weight very fast? We don't want you to gain too much.
I would like to, of course, have seen you do the exercise and prenatals longer than 2 weeks. But if you weren't able to do that and you still want to try, I would likely go ahead, because you may not even get pregnant this month. I am afraid you'll gain a lot of weight really fast!

THANK YOUU, for replying.
Am not gaining weight fast. I thinking being on mostly 80% whole natural foods for almost two years is helping to keep me from gaining much. Also I have 3kids, and always busy with them.
I will continue with my usual beans to prevent what u said.
Will attempt this cycle and I pray for a blue visit.
Thank u Atomic
