TTC a girl without diet

Hello Atomic!

I'm new here and a friend recommended me this community as she got her successful girl sway. Thank you for everything you do! I'm 22 and my husband is 26 we have no kids or any fertility issues we checked with the doctor.

I just finished my pill pack and I'm on cycle day 2 withdrawal bleeding. I was wondering when is the best time to TTC. I am pretty active, skinny, and skip breakfast and don't eat much anyway. Not taking any supplements or vitamins.

Would I be able to conceive a girl with one attempt, shallow position , jump and dump when my ovulation comes or do I need to stick to a diet for at least a couple of months?

You can, but if you want best chances you'll do a diet. Your call to make!

I don't recommend shallow as a general rule since it cuts odds of conception and has never been proven to sway, but since you're young you do have time if you want to play around with it a little to start with.

Do you maybe have a post of the standard girl diet or just a summary of it. I saw one but it was from a long time ago. I won't do shallow then I'll just do one attempt and diet I really wanna sway pink [emoji23]
