I swayed for the first time this month! I’m not holding my breath that anything will come from this month as I never got a positive opk, so I used my cm and app to judge when to bd.

Husband: olive leaf and a drink before the deed.

Me: Cranberry, folic acid, Vitex, and fiber. I spin every day. Typically eat 1,400-1,500 calories. Avoided potatoes and bananas. I’ve lost 10 lbs since June.

Thoughts about how I can strengthen this sway for next month?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201010/c8f83df2c03f39e6b7a21bd1a6f4b717.jpg

Lots of alcohol and coffee could be added :cheer: that’s what I’ve been adding to my sway :)

Rather than just cutting calories and potatoes/bananas I'd take a look at a more full-on sway diet, you can find our diet here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html and the FAQ here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/24628-le-diet-faq.html and our mineral FAQ (including why it's ok to eat potatoes) here : https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/62533-le-diet-faq-2-mineral-madness-edition.html

I don't recommend cranberry (never did) and vitex (used to, but stopped). Neither of them worked and both caused lots of side effects. Vitex in particular can make your cycle really wacky and the apps not be helpful since your O day can change.

What time of day are you doing the OPK?

I was taking the opk in the morning, but was told to switch to when I get home from work. So I switched to about 4pm.

Not sure if you can swing this but testing more like 1 pm might be better. But 4 pm really should still work!
