Hey all,

I’m not a newcomer just returning after some time. I have 2 beautiful girls and a 2and half yr old son. Back when I conceived my DS I was using atomics help, I kept a fairly light boy sway but I tried to increase my chances of conceiving as I got pregnant in the second month of trying. I kept up my berry smoothies, eggs and I’m a meat and cheese lover. I don’t think my diet is a huge issue but I would like tips on boosting fertility.
Till this day I continue to take prenatal vitamins! Lol I ended up ordering so many and decided to finish them up.
Supplements I’m using are:
Prenatal vitamins by Nature Made ( with 260 mg of OMEGA 3 fatty acids and 1000 Iu of Vitamin D).
And every other day take extra vitamin D

I’ve previously taken the One a day prenatal vits. Not sure what is better.

Any other tips??

Thank you in advance [emoji3590]

Hi and welcome back!

Both one a day and Nature Made are fine. Do note, though, that the Vit. D already is enough in the Nature Made, and you don't need the excess Vit. D unless you know you are deficient.

Everything else looking great!

Thank you!

I wanted to ask about CoQ10? Would you recommend this for myself to take? I remember during my first ever boy sway you had suggested this vitamin to up my fertility. I would like to follow a light blue sway (i would be happy with another girl) but it would be an extra bonus to have a brother for my DS.

Coq10 is fine, may help with egg quality a bit. Coq10 is one of those weird supps that can be in a boy or girl sway, since it helps build muscle mass but also lowers blood sugar a little. Just be sure if you take it that you're eating regular meals and you're golden!
