Last minute tips please! Sway week!

I officially have one week left until we make our first sway attempt for #3, hoping for blue!
Please give me some last minute tips I can incorporate!

I will not be using OPK this time, plan is to BD every other day unprotected for the fertile week, we've been BD unprotected this whole time anyways.

-I've been drinking lots of black tea (but haven't cut out coffee)
-daily prenatal, D, omega, additional folate, iron, probiotic, vitamin b12 every other day
-hubby daily multi, D, omega and probiotic
-weight training 3-4x a week, outdoor walks 1-2x a week, light cardio 2-3x a week (10,15min)
-whole milk, cream, cheese, dairy daily
-snacking on nuts daily
-lots of fresh green and veg daily
-protein at every meal
-green tea or lemon water 1-3x a week

Is there any way you could aim for every day if you feel you're around O? I don't like you guys going EOD with blue sways because it can end up being only one attempt.

To illustrate:

You'd end up either having O-5 (too soon) O-3 (too soon most of the time) O-1 (in fertile window) and O+1 (too late) and that's really just one attempt with the O-1 attempt

or else O-6 (too soon) O-4 (too soon) O-2 (in fertile window) and O Day (can be too late) and depending on when the egg drops, the O-2 attempt could easily have fertilized it before the O Day shot is deposited and capacitated.

Even if you could just be in with one more attempt you're really going to help your chances.

Yes we most certinaley can!
So my fertile week predicted by an app is Oct 30th to November 4th.
As an example I could try something like this?...
I usually feel when O is going to occur, pain and see clear discharge- if this happens I'll BD that day, the day after and maybe a third day in a row for good measure.

Oct 30- break
Oct 31- bd
Nov1- bd
Nov 2- break?
Nov 3- bd
Nov 4- bd
Nov 5- break
Nov 6- bd?

Yes that's fine but if you think you're going to be ovulating on one of those break days, have an attempt!
