Hi there,

I get a coffee every morning on my way to work, I am doing the high calcium and mag.

Would my best coffee choice therefore be a latte?

No. You will be basically eating breakfast if you have a latte. There is a massive amount of nutrients in a latte from all the milk in it. Please just have regular coffee with a minimal amount of cream or milk in it.

Does same go for a cappuccino? I am going through a phase of wanting one every morning lol! I do count it in my totals though, is this ok or do you suggest dropping it and replacing with normal coffee/ black coffee?

I think Atomic will suggest a long black with a dash of milk over a cappuccino.

In saying that, if you were to count the coffee as your first meal of the day and it was on rice or almond milk it might be okay? I did that with both sways to push out my next proper meal and I fasted for a good 12hours before the coffee.

Thanks for the reply flower girl.
Ok great I might try that, I love rice milk but stopped having it after reading another post saying it wasn’t good for girl sway (I can’t remember why though)

It depends on how much milk is in it. If it's a small amount of milk (small amount of cals, protein, and fat) then it's ok. If you are having a serving or two of milk then that counts as a breakfast. It's fine, just count it as a meal.

Rice milk is fine for a pink sway provided you don't have PCOS or insulin resistance. But I want YOU personally to have full fat dairy because you have lost too much weight and you need the dairy fat to keep ovulating.

Rice/almond milk aren't necessarily any better for a sway than dairy. We just don't know, and I don't want you to think that a lot of calories of rice milk is any better than a lot of calories of dairy.
