Hi,

Would very much appreciate some advice about whether the below Zita West supplements are okay. Really hoping to blue sway and am a bit concerned about the multivitamin having calcium and magnesium but nothing like potassium which I know is good for blue sway. I really don't want to be taking a multivitamin that is working against me:

Also was going to take the below and the Vitamin D spray:

Thank you for your help!

I can't recommend those because they have massive doses of some nutrients in them. We have seen people's cycles get very messed up when they take those very large doses of the B Vitamins in ways that may possibly sway pink for some people.

The DHA is fine but please take them every other day instead of every day. I am concerned too much fish oil/DHA has some risks and side effects we are only just starting to realize and also may lower cholesterol for some people, potentially swaying pink.

Thank you very much - I won't be taking them then. I don't suppose you know of anything I can get in the UK that would be a blue sway multi-vitamin? Or neutral - like I say don't want to be taking something working against me.

For the every other day DHA would you take one or the two tablets it says? I am also contemplating evening primrose oil but not sure whether to bother.

You can get Centrum in the UK. For some reason in the UK most of the commonly sold vitamins have HUGE doses of things (like Pregnacare, which I do not recommend).

You can also just take one pill daily, sure.

Don't take evening primrose oil. We saw a lot of opposites conceived with that, possibly because it has a lot of Omega 6 fat in it and studies have shown eating more Omega 6 vegetable based fats and less Omega 3 and saturated animal fats sways pink.

Thank you so much for your help. The site was wasn't working for me for days so I couldn't come back on to reply to you. Is it Centrum Adults or Women that you would say is good? In the UK the health system tell us to take folic acid so I was going to take that as well just as a matter of course.

yes I'm afraid we had an incident with an attack of malware which we have fixed now.

Either one of those is ok. yes absolutely we want you taking folic acid. If you're drinking green tea please take 2000 mcg thru the entire first trimester of pregnancy then gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till you're down to one per week, then you can drop it.
