Hello
I need to color my hair but I am afraid that If I'm pregnant, I may harm the baby.
Is it safe?

At this point the baby would not even be attached to your blood supply. I personally colored my hair in the 2WW (and even during pregnancy, though I spread it out several months between). It's really the people who have touch ups every week or two who may be at risk, and even then later during pregnancy, not in the 2WW.

Thank you Atomic. I have some grey hair that is increasing in the last six months. Is it due a deficiency in a certain vitamin? It's not genetic in my family.

The LE Diet does not cause your hair to go gray. Just because something is "genetic" doesn't mean you can see it in your family necessarily. You inherit genes that your parents don't express from your grandparents, and can even inherit genes that your grandparents didn't express that have been passed down in recessive forms till you get a combination that they can be expressed in.
If you think you have a nutrient deficiency you need to be tested to find out if you do. That's the only way to know. Then we can correct for that.
