Hi all!
I had a successful boy sway back in 2016 after having two girls.
We've finally decided we'd like to go for a FINAL baby and our preference is again for a boy.
Quite a few things have changed in the last 5 years, so I'm reading up on things again, but two quick questions:
CoQ10 - I can't find whether we should still be taking this?
One-a-day multivits - is there a particular brand that is recommended?
I'm sure I'll have more questions as I go through things. We're planning our first attempt for about 6 weeks' time so it's time to get going with diet, exercise and supplements! I've been taking folic acid for a while in anticipation of us possibly reaching this decision...

Ohhh good luck & sending you blue dust! I just swayed for my 4th, a hopeful 2nd girl and our rainbow baby, I have the opposite to you! How amazing would it be if we can get our DG to complete our families!

Coq10, most people do still use it but I think it's pretty unimportant if you want to skip it. As long as you're eating meat you'll be getting enough.
I recommend either Centrum or One a Day, people also use Nature Made too.
Welcome back!!

Thank you all!
Officially one month out from first attempt as I'm ovulating at the moment - diet and strength training are in full flow! I have sooo much EWCM, hoping it sticks around for next month!
Atomic - a quick question on supplements for DH - I see 500 mg carnitine and 1000 mg arginine mentioned quite a lot in more recent threads, which he's not taking at the mo (he's just on multivitamin, fish oil, probiotics and CoQ10). What are these for and does he need to take them?
Thanks!

Yes absolutely if he's willing to take them. They may help boost sperm count and quality, may raise testosterone, and thus sway blue.

It builds muscle mass and may help a bit with egg and sperm quality. It's not necessary.
