The Seven Seas prenatal is ok though it's missing several critical things like Vitamin C and iodine. If you could find one that has those in it like Women's One a Day that is better.
With the fish oil, what is the TOTAL amount in the fish oil dose?? Are all those added up (this should be on the front of the box)
Probiotic and arginine are fine
I would probalby just get the folic acid on its own.

Thank you Atomic for your reply.
Fish oil: i was not able to spot a dose at the front of package. I have attached the photo and other info I found.
Also is there anything else I should or husband need to take?

regards to the Multivitamin: i also looked another seven sea multivitamin . It is actually for women who are pregnant. Please see images.

I cannot find women's a day here but there are centrum for women available- not the prenatal centrum but the general one.
Whichever you advise the best please let me know and i will go grab them. :)

The general Centrum is probably better as I'm not sure how the ginger sways.
I was able to look up the fish oil by its brand name and it has a HUGE dose of fish oil. We need something that has no more than 500 mg total. I would find a different brand, sorry!

Hey there, welcome! We are also going to ttc hopefully early January time. I have 2 DDs and a DS! Either way I would be happy but I would love for my DS to have a little brother. When are you looking to conceive?

Hi all, I am also ttc a boy around February.
Treen and afya, How long are you both doing the sway?
Aambel, are you looking for gelatine free fish oil only? I couldn't find one with a less dose.
If you or anyone did find one, please share.

Generally speaking my diet is quite healthy-ish. I’ve been exercising on and off since the summer and quarantine. I’d say It’s been a few months, since October I’ve been taking my prenatals everyday which is good for anyone trying to conceive.
Recently I’ve just tried to keep up the good eating habits and minimized extra sweets Or junk food etc. With my DS I kept a light sway, I really concentrated on increasing my chances of fertility (took mucinex, lots of BD-ing in the fertile window, pre seed, lemon water) but in terms of food I was quite relaxed with what I ate just made sure it had some nutritional value.
Hopefully we’ll be Ttc beginning of Jan around the time I should be ovulating.

Hi ladies, when I started out looking for vitamins for a blue sway I looked up a company called Iherb they deliver quick in the UK and sell alot of the American vitamins like womens one a day etc.. the only reason I didn't get those is because of the gelatine so i went for the Peapod prenatal which has a 100% of the vitamins in it.
Once I conceived I switched to the seven seas pregnancy because I could just pick them up in my local chemist.
Wishing you all the best xx

Hi Afya, Thanks you. I wish you all the best. We can all hold hands together and try for that boy we wish to get :). I am not sure when I will sway, whenever it is good enough with diet etc. I have only started so, I am thinking may be after 10-12 weeks?
atomic, do you think 12 weeks is good? do I need to start multivitamin or something like exercise much earlier?

Hi Aambel the fish oil I had was the Hashmats ones but after checking with Atomic the dosage was too high so she suggested I could take them every other day, but it was preffered to have a lower dose one so I just stopped them about a week and half before I actually concieved.. I struggled to find a fish oil without gelatine x

Ladies, if you can't find one without gelatin it's possible to take the fish oil in a bottle instead, just be sure you get the kind like Carlsons which is liquid. I don't often recommend this because many people can't stand the taste and it's also very high doses, but if you were to use just a small quantity (rather than the suggestion on the bottle, which is too much) you could have that as an option instead.
I prefer you guys use fish oil rather than cod liver oil as the cod liver oil has a lot of Vitamin A in it - possibly enough to be harmful to a pregnancy

Hi everyone,
I thought to share the fish oil I found in amazon, if anyone is still looking. This is not gelatine free, but it is H certified.
Atomic said the dose is fine - ONE gel per day.

atomic, thank you.
I understand what you mean. I didn't realise the seven seas also had cod liver oil which isnt good. That brand and product is popular here as many take it for the gelatine free reason. I will try and get the same that was posted here by Jazmin, as I can see you already reviewed and approved.
I also bought folic acid, centrum for women, probiotic.
dh husband didn't want to buy centrum 50 plus , though I took it to the till, he changed with the normal one when he saw 50plus haha. I hope that is also ok. He also have l Arginine. should he need to take anything else? I saw few other supplements but is he ok with multivit, fish oil, probiotic and L arg. he is happy to take these 4 so far bit I am worried if I add more, how he will react. does he really need carnitine or any other supps? how does L arg and carnitine helps DH?
thanks in advance.

How is your sway going? when are you planning ?
how is everyone?

Yes, the non-over 50 one is fine too. We have that problem a lot LOL! It's really no different, just has a slightly different breakdown of ingredients.
I do like them to use both arginine and carnitine if possible but if he won't, he won't. They help boost his sperm count and quality.

I see. he doesn't seems to very happy to take them. I am not sure what to do. how is the success rate with these two supplements? if they are very positive then I will try speak with him once again and see what he says. I got a feeling that he doesnt really want to take many tablets. at the same time, i do not want to skip it and regret later. i am not sure what to do.

It is not worth the arguing. If he doesn't want to take them just leave them out.

yes, I agree. I will let him decide and take whatever he is happy with.
I am working on a new project and little busy these days. will it have any impact on my sway? having to spend little extra time and scratching my head thinking and analysing etc. how does workload impact for boy sway?
other thing is, I just turned 30, but I have one side a lot grey hair. I have started it around 29. does it mean, I am lacking something like vits which maybe I have girls? just a weird thought lol or is it the stress from work? I don't know. I can take a 2 weeks holiday from work and relax not think about works for the attempt. would that help?
thank you.

That type of project would only sway blue for you.
Let me tell ya, I had to start dyeing my hair before I turned 30 due to excessive gray. And I have four boys! It really doesn't matter, that's all genetics. Not stress. That was programmed into whatever genes you received from your parents! The only kind of stress that could ever cause your hair to go white (and even this is very very much debated by scientists) is due to extreme stress like life threatening stuff and famines, etc. But I don't think that's what is happening to you. It's totally fine.
