Hi,

Curious, what is the ideal time to be on a sway? How many months prior to trying to conceive and in a perfect world how many total months to conception? Is there too short a time or such a thing as swaying for too long (and maybe your body gets too used to it or something?)?

Thank you!!
XOXO

We have best results with 12 weeks or more on diet. Prior to that, we have acceptable results for anything longer than 6-8 weeks, and then it gradually improves till the 12 week mark and stays good after that.

Theoretically we have an idea that ~maybe~ people might adjust to diet, but it would take a LONNNGG time, like years, and even then it really doesn't seem to happen. After all we have women who have 4-5-6 or more girls who always eat pink friendly diets, and they don't adjust, so it doesn't seem like it's a legitimate concern. Still, I do prefer pink swayers not try to do the sway diet for years for a variety of reasons, mainly that they'll waste away to nothing if they do!
