Hi Atomic. I think I have figured out how to make a new thread :)
How long do you think I will need to have stopped the Cal/Magnesium/Vit D supp before it's fully out of my system? I have only been taking it for 5 days but wanted to start trying this cycle (1.5 weeks away from fertile window). Will I need to wait until next month now? Do you have any other tips for TTC girl? I have been trying to:

limit my red meat intake
up my coffees to 3-4 a day (on almond milk)
lower calorie intake (skipping breakfast)

Do you recommend timings/trying less goes (maybe once a day) during fertile window or douches or purely sticking to diet for 12 weeks? Or any other vitamins I should be taking? I have only been making changes for maybe 6 weeks but want to start trying sooner rather than later.
Thank you so much for your help x

If you were only taking it for 5 days that's no biggie, go ahead and try.

Did you do any other kind of sway diet? Or exercise?

Please be careful not to cut back too far. Many times when people just "lower cal intake" they end up cutting back too far and stopping ovulation. 1500-1800 calories is a good range for most people.

Timing and douche/jelly do not work but we can add them if you want, it's your sway your way. Just let me know what you're wanting.

Most supplements don't work, but you need to def. be taking folic acid or folate for healthy pregnancy.

I would have you add in fiber as well since you're not doing diet (right?)

You should have only one attempt in your entire fertile window. PLEASE do not attempt every day, that's a recipe for another boy. One attempt sways pink. 3+ attempts sway blue, and 2 is kind of in the middle. I would advise one attempt to start with.

No I haven’t done specific sway diet or exercise. What sort of fibre do you recommend? If we have sex but use pull out method does that count as an attempt? Or can we do that and still have one non pull out “try”? Or nothing at all and then one full try when my OPK is positive? How many days before ovulation do you count as the fertile days? x

Any kind of fiber you like and can easily get, with any meal containing fat.

Sex with pullout or birth control doesn't count as an attempt.

O-3 through O Day are what we find to be the fertile window, with special emphasis on O-1 and O-2 which are the best days to conceive.
