I must have a fast metabolism as I'm struggling to make it very long in between meals. Should I eat more at each sitting? I was SO hungry I had this for lunch at 11:30:

Big salad with croutons, 2 Tbs. of creamy dressing (15 grams of fat), a bit of shredded parm, 1/2 cup of shredded chicken and 1 cup of tomato soup. Half a cookie with a small glass of skim milk. As I type this i'm laughing....this is not an appropriate sway lunch i'm assuming.....I need help haha.

I had to have breakfast which was two slices of toast with butter and a bunch of spinach and 2 coffees.

Some days I AM able to skip, but I had to drink skim milk before bed and the middle of the night I was so hungry. Is this acceptable? HELP! haha.

so to summarize my question. If i'm so starving, do I need fat? Should I have a peanut butter sandwich? I just don't want to feel starving for 3 months and mess this all up for nothing. When I read that ladies are eating like 12 trisquits and a slice of cheese for lunch I feel like this will never work for me.

Sorry for all of the long winded questions!!

I need totals for fat, protein, and calories if you could. It sounds to me you are not eating enough and in terms of messing up your sway, not eating enough is actually even more risky than eating slightly too much because you end up stopping ovulation and having

We have a very easy fix for feeling hungry - it's eating more! People have this misconception where if they can't do the strictest form of LE Diet they can possibly envision (in many cases not eating enough to begin with - which is NOT LE Diet, it's starvation) then they may as well not do anything. But that is simply not the case. ANY changes you make in a pink friendly direction will work.

PS - you also will likely find your appetite may reduce over time. It is totally fine to start off higher than you think you will need in the long term and reduce. Or not reduce! As long as you were eating less than when you got boys.

And don't compare to anyone but YOURSELF. Everyone has different calorie requirements and metabolisms. I have a fast metabolism and ate quite a bit compared to some people when I got my girl but it was still less than when I got my boys.
