Hi Atomic

Merry Christmas. My period is due in a couple of days, I did an early first response test this morning and it was negative, I know I've possibly tested a little early, but I'm very down...I want so badly to conceive a little baby. So far we have done 3 cycles 96 hour pattern and 2 cycles 72 hour pattern, and this cycle I used a little preseed, added female O and lay for 15 mins with some time on my tummy. If my period arrives I think I'm ready to add in another attempt, what do you think? Is there anything else we could try? With my hubby being 42 would it be worth considering a multivitamin supplement for him or is that not likely to help and end up swaying boy?

thank you for your support and advice

Yes that's fine, go to e4d plus one more at positive OPK.

I do not think your husband needs a multivitamin.

You may want to consider doing an HSG and sperm analysis but in most cases the e4d plus one more does the trick. Merry Christmas to you too!

Thank you😊 I think in uk they dont do tests for over 35s until trying 6 months but I will look into it soon if we dont conceive. I had my hormones checked a while ago to check for pcos and they said all was within normal range(not sure if that's relevant to ttc though) and my cycles have been very regular . We will give the every 4 day+1 a try for a while

That testing would not reveal a problem with sperm or tubes though. I'd just stay the course for now then.
