Sourdough bread

Hi which bread is best for breakfast? Sourdough is not fortified by vitamins I do not think. All other bread is. Or is wholemeal ok? I was told I may have pcos but I am unsure as no cysts and I am thin and have had 2 baby boys easily. Also with alcohol is red wine ok with dinner? Or is vodka better? I would rather not drink.

If you have PCOS you need to use whole grains only.

If you don't want to drink, then do not drink. I don't want anyone doing things they are not comfortable with for their sway.

Red wine is fine. Best with a meal.
