Hi everyone,

I have a DS and hoping to conceive a DD in the new year. Wondering if someone can please direct me to a thread or provide some info on TTC Pink in a nutshell? From what I understand-eat a bit less, exercise more and have sex 1x at the time of ovulation?

Is that the general advice?

Many thanks in advance!

Merry Christmas

The things that have really mattered in our results are LE Diet 12 weeks or longer plus coffee, fiber, and alcohol (and giving up other supplements like multivitamins, herbs, probiotics and fortified foods), cardio exercise 60 minutes 4-7 days per week, one attempt at least to start with, and Clomid or Femara if you can get them. For your husband, jogging/biking and smoking cigarettes have been shown in studies to sway pink, soy milk and olive leaf extract ~may~ help but are less proven.

All the other stuff fades into the background compared to those things.

PLEASE do not just "eat less". What invariably happens is that people cut back more and more and end up starving themselves. The LE Diet is carefully calibrated to still be a healthy pre-pregnancy diet to allow you to get and stay pregnant, and so just eating less does not suffice.

You can find the basic LE Diet here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html and if you have PCOS, insulin resistance, more than 30-50 lbs to spare, are over 40, or have other concerns about egg quality you'd instead want to follow the alternate diet here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/1865-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-1-blood-sugar-issues.html
