Shenanigans

Wow, I haven't been on here in so long. After 5 boys I had a girl in November 2019, finally. I have always been one to avoid caffeine so to get her one of the things I did was have lots of it. I also think I did a somewhat keto-ish diet but with less fat than normal. I just recently found out I'm expecting again completely on accident and am in shock. Just would love any insight if I perhaps swayed girl anyway? My husband actually had a heart attack last April and in May we both went vegan and have been since. I very rarely have a tiny bit of dairy and never any meat. I also rarely have caffeine. I am still breastfeeding 2-3 times through the night and also at least twice during the day. I dont take a multivitamin but have taken an omega 3 for months, a magnesium supplement, a d3 vitamin and b vitamins once a week or so. We also only had one attempt and he pulled out before so it is very much a shock that we conceived. Especially because I have always needed to take femara or clomid to even ovulate. I have lost 25-30 lb going vegan but have put 5-10 back on with the holidays. Does anything that happened away girl? So I can have a little hope!🙈🥰 Thank you!
