Blue sway...back after a loss. Ttc help

Hi atomic
So the last few weeks were a roller coaster. I discovered I was pregnant and everything was going smooth however on my 11 th week scan I found out there was no heartbeat. There was no sign of miscarriage no bleeding cramping nothing.
They told me baby heart must have stopped around 8 the week. So I got a d and c (suction) done so nothing remains inside.
And now I'm just waiting for my first period to return after this loss.
My question is how does d and c affect with swaying BLUE and when should I try to conceive again as I just want another baby so badly.
Is there anything else I should know about after going through what I did.

I would wait till you've had your period at least once. Some people would wait TWO cycles but unless you had a complicated D and C I think you'll be ready after the first period.

Were you taking any herbal supplements?

Yes will definitely wait one cycle. And no there were no complications in d and c. Infact after having the procedure I just bled a bit on first day then very light spotting for next 3 days and cramping. I thought that i would bleed atleast for 2 weeks but its not like that.
And no I was just taking thyroxine25mg and pregnancy supplement. That's it.
Do the same rules apply after I start trying. Shall I do anything differently. I have a healthy 2 year old and my first pregnancy was really smooth. Never thought that this would happen but I guess its gods will.
Just hoping I get my normal cycle back and ovulation as before this I was always right on time with my cycles.

Is it true that miscarriage sways a girl,? I read somewhere on this site.... what can I do differently,,? Any help would be appreciated

If you have waited that first cycle then it will not sway pink for you.

You will need to discuss with your doc about the thyroid medicine as some women need more during pregnancy. Thyroid issues are one of the major reasons for losses so we need to be sure you're getting the appropriate dose of medication during pregnancy.
