So it looks like I am experiencing another loss. This will be my 5th miscarriage, 4th recurrent since having my 2 boys.
I believe I will be starting clexane. Any ladies taking or taken clexane can shed any insight, success etc?
Also, I have been taking myo-inositol for my endometriosis, has anyone else used this on Clexane?

I take Lovenox, which is the same thing. It’s usually started between 6-8 weeks after confirming viability on ultrasound. Myo-inositol doesn’t interact with it. I was also taking it, but my doctor had me wean off it by 6 weeks.

Thanks so much @BunnyGirl19!
May I ask, are you still pregnant? Is everything going okay?

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Yes people do take myoinositol with Clexane. But most people will wean off myo at BFP anyway.

Great! Thanks @atomic sagebrush.
Will being on Clexane or blood thinners hurt my sway?

No it's not believed to sway.

Hi @atomic sagebrush I just got my results back from doc, so I do not have Lupus or any autoimmune, no theyroid or blood clotting issues, perfectly healthy.
Specimen came back healthy and hubby is healthy.
I'm off to fertility specialist and would not be surprised if I need another laparoscopy for my endometriosis.

The specimen did come back as a baby girl, do diet worked.

Is there anything we can do be doing to help?
We are getting pregnant quick there is no issue with that, it's more implantation and keeping pregnancy.

I have two beautiful and very healthy boys.

Oh wow that's great news, but I do know that it's hard not to get any clear cut answers.

What is your age and were you taking any supplements (even things you were told were safe, or seemingly benign things like tea?)

Since you don't have clotting disorders I would not be on the Clexane, I hope your doc agrees. If you do end up continuing the Clexane I would not add anything that could potentially be blood thinning like fish oil, cranberry, aspirin, that sort of thing (run everything past me before starting it)

My suspicion is this is egg quality and/or endo related but I just want to rule a few things out.

So my age is 34, hubby 35.

I'm taking folate, myo iso (AF-O every second day) and iron occasionally but pretty much everyday with AF.

Dr suggested CoQ10 for egg quality and may need laparoscopy for adhesion clean out.

Not taking any teas or any other supplements/vitamins, no cranberry, aspirin, nothing else.

No not on clexane.

so you're not taking any myo in the second half of the cycle?

I was.
So I was taking every 2nd day af - 0 and then every day o - af. This is when I was trying and before got BFP. Now we're taking a break so pulled back on dosage. Should I not do that?

Switch that. Take it every day in the first part of the cycle and half-dose or every other day in the second part of the cycle.

Oh God! Sorry that's what I was doing.
My last message I was rushing.
Still continue on that dosage or less?
Hubby and I are getting pregnant very, very quickly, it's just not sticking.
