Hello Atomic,

I'm doing cardio in the morning as part of my girl sway. My cardio consists of interval running/jogging on the treadmill at the gym for 30 minutes. I run for 2 minutes and walk for 2 minutes. I don't run longer than that because im already naturally VERY skinny and can't risk messing up with ovulation.
Im 5' 7" and weigh around 115 lbs.

My questions for you are:

1. In your swaying experience, have you seen if there is a type of cardio that works better than others? Im wondering if im better off just fast walking on the treadmill instead of doing interval cardio.

2. I can't skip breakfast if I do cardio in the morning. If I do cardio on an empty stomach I get dizzy and feel bad. Either I do cardio and eat a small breakfast or I don't do any cardio and skip breakfast. Which one do you recommend? While I was skipping breakfast (without cardio) I felt it shocked my body more than just doing cardio.

Do the cardio. Eat more (and breakfast if you need to) to compensate.

Just walk. You should not lose any weight at all.
