Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
First up, even though I was TTC for 8 months, that was only 4 cycles and we conceived on cycles 1, 3 and 4.

I was on the diet for about 6 weeks, felt like I was starving and hadn't ovulated so gave up, ovulated 2 weeks later, conceived, and miscarried (so was off the diet for about 7 weeks). Then was back on for about 8 weeks, conceived again and was insanely hungry from 3DPO so diet again went out the window, I ate so much chocolate and peanut butter and gained 2kg over the next month until I miscarried at 6.5 weeks. Immediately went back on the diet but conceived again only 3 weeks later. So I was on the LE diet for either 8 months or 3 weeks? :p

No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
Already lifelong vegetarian, don't drink milk but do eat cheese/chocolate/butter.

I'd have coffee at ~8am (just instant with sweetener and dash of almond milk)

Breakfast at 10am, usually a cinnamon & raisin bagel with butter. Too hungry to skip breakfast altogether.

Light lunch at around 1pm, snack foods and coffee

Wine while cooking dinner at ~5pm

Normal, pretty big dinner by 6pm

Low cat hot chocolate at around 9pm.

Excluding the hot choc at night and coffee in the morning, I'd otherwise have a 14-16 hour fast between meals. The drinks were <50 cal so hopefully didn't undermine the fasting too much.

Totals were around 1800 cal / 60g fat / 50g protein, so in the upper end, but I was still breastfeeding the toddler a couple of times a day.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
52kg/18.7 BMI

I started at 54kg in April, started the diet and went down to 50kg. Went back up to 54kg during pregnancy#1, then back down to 51kg after. Then back up to 54kg during pregnancy#2, then back down to 52kg before pregnancy#3.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Exercise was just walking (while pushing the pram+toddler) for at least an hour a day, at least 5-6 days/week. But I try to do that anyway regardless of TTC or pregnancy status, and was doing so all year (apart from 2 weeks in September when we were in covid isolation!)

My daughter was conceived when my BMI was only 17.5 so I wasn't concerned about weight being too low.

The O-4 attempt was just sex for fun, I really didn't expect to get a +OPK 2 days later! So we had a proper attempt then. Ovulation confirmed by OPK+BBT.

No. Just prayed to Mother Earth and the Moon ;)
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Continual exercise all through 2020 was pretty good, and breastfeeding even if a little, wine & coffee.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I sucked at the diet! Was on and off, really struggled to get my calories and fat within limits in particular. I usually eat high fat/low carb lol.With long, irregular cycles it was hard to get the timing right, especially when ovulation symptoms don't perfectly sync with OPKs.
