Hello Atomic!
I feel something inside in the very low right part under my stomach. I only feel the discomfort when I do stomach workout or stretching.
Period is due on march 23rd. I don't feel any pain but only when doing crunches or sit ups.
I am really worried. What that might be?

Stop doing crunches and sit ups and see if it improves.

It can be a lot of things, 99% of which are harmless and totally normal. A pulled muscle is possible, but it could also be that you have not ovulated yet and are having O pain. Also possible that you are about to get your period and are having cramps in a way you're not used to.

Much less likely is something medically wrong like appendix or ovarian cyst, but generally when something is wrong, you quickly realize "oh ok this is not and cannot be normal".

This is not something to be really worried about unless it gets worse.
