Most things can be part of pink or blue sways depending on the circumstances.

Coconut water - because it has a lot of potassium, we can use coco water in either sway. Blue swayers want a lot of potassium, and pink swayers sometimes have a hard time getting adequate potassium for their health on the sway diets, so we use coconut water as a way to help with that, too.

Hibiscus tea - could be used for pink or blue sways in moderation no more than 2-3 times per week.

Lemon water is considered blue friendly (esp. at that intake) because it may help make a lot of EWCM and some believe it is alkalinizing.

Vit C - probably sways blue since nutrients across the boards sway blue, but others believe it helps with pH. It's a bit of a tossup. I let some people use it for pink sways if they are worried about pH as it's benign without many side effects.
