Boy or girl? 13 week ultrasound and skull shot only of 21 week ultrasound

Hi,
I hope this is the right place to post this. I would like some guesses as to whether you think this is a boy or girl? I have 3 boys and swayed for a girl for our last baby. I’ve been so sad thinking this is my fourth boy. Devastated actually for too long. I don’t know how to cope if it is.

It’s okay thanks for responding. I actually didn’t have a period at all when I conceived. I just took clomid 50mg and started it November 16th and my last dose was November 20th 2020. We conceived I believe on November 30th.
