It's SO hard to find prenatals that don't have all the megadoses and added herbs!

I would just use One a Day Women's or Centrum, which have 100% of most nutrients with a little extra Vitamin D, and no herbs. Switch over gradually though from the Pregnacare which has MASSIVE doses of some things, because you don't want to shock your body dropping levels too quick.

I don't know where you're located but try the Pink Stork brand prenatal vitamins (the Total one, NOT the Premium as that one has unnecessarily high vitamin doses plus herbs and other things that aren't necessary). The Total one has normal vitamin doses plus DHA and folate. It's the one I've been taking for the past year and I really like it. There are apparently two "flavors" available (it's a pill you swallow, I don't know why flavor needs to be added  ), one citrus and one vanilla. The vanilla one makes me gag but the citrus one is better.

I second Pink Stork Total. It’s the one I’ve been taking.

Thank you for your nice suggestion:)
isn't it high with folate? I guess 600 mcg is high during second and third trimesters. Atomic, any comment please!

600 is not that much. Many prenatals that people take all thru their pregnancies have 600-1000 mcg in it.

Yes that's the One a Day I used as my prenatal.
