Hi Atomic,

back again with some questions:

Is collagen powder ok? Brand is further foods. And this would be for my husband, can he have it a few days a week. Would help him since we are vegetarian. Collagen to provide protein
You mention to have v8 splash. I was looking for an organic option. Is this one ok:

Collagen is ok, just be sure it doesn't have any added herbs or artificial sweeteners.

Yes that stuff is great, better than V8 Splash by far.

Hi Atomic,

- the collagen powder ingredients are the following. Is that ok:
hydrolozed bovine collagen peptides sourced from South America, cocoa powder (processed with alkali), reishi mushroom, monk fruit extract

- We also have a plain version which has only one ingredient which is just the collagen. My husband prefers the chocolate version but if you think the plain version is better we can do that instead.

- I had never had v8 before and I’m unable to drink it, i really dislike the taste. Is it really necessary and if so I can just push myself and drink it every other day.

I would try to find one without reishi mushroom. Monk Fruit extract is ok, that's just a sweetener. But if you can't stand the plain one that's ok.

Fine to leave it out. Some people love V8, others can't stand it. Fine to sub in straight tomato juice or nothing instead. :)
