I just assumed the urine specimen I left was for pregnancy detection and so when my dr came in and didn’t mention a positive test I figured I’m out for this cycle again :-(

Is there any chance it wasn’t a pregnancy test given it was an annual well visit? Is there something else they test for?

I specifically wasn’t going to test this cycle and just wait for af to show or not, to avoid feeling defeated :-(

She said I had another teeny tiny cervical polyp which she removed is that a sign I’m not fertile? Too much estrogen?

I start clomid next cycle

My periods have been very regular since my loss

2/21
3/21
3/21
5/21

But no bfp despite pos opks and great timing

Thanks

Waiting on a frer to arrive but I hope this is legit for a test!

What now?

Wean off coq10? I take 2 100 mg twice a day so 400mg (2 am 2 pm)

Increase folate?

Smarty pants are 600mcg

I stopped baby aspirin a couple weeks ago thankfully

Yes it's absolutely possible that they did not test for pregnancy. You generally have to ask them to do that. With the urine sample they are testing for blood/white blood cells/protein in your urine that can indicate a UTI or kidney problems.

Cervical polyps happen to many of us. Very common finding and it is no biggie. It is meaningless for your chances of pregnancy.

Yeah I was just about to add "and they can't tell for sure if you're pregnant that early on in a urine test anyway" but I see you got a positive test! 10 DPO is not reliable enough for a urine test, even one done at the doc's office. (and they really shouuld have explained that)

There's no need to increase folate if thats what you were taking. Just keep up with that. I only have you guys take more if you were ALREADY taking more.

Wean off coq10 by spacing doses furher and further out till down to one per week, then drop. This should take a couple weeks.

So it doesn’t matter that the dr office test was negative these are positive? Maybe just more sensitive tests I guess?

I had her remove and itttty bitty polyp but she said no problem for this pregnancy, the procedure was no threat

It was outer cervix or something lol

Or your urine was more concentrated, or you were just a little further along when you took the second set of tests. 10 DPO is earlyish to get a positive test so it is entirely possible to have one test negative and one test positive (even at the same sensitivity) with different batches of pee at this point.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about that at all, it's no issue for pregnancy.

Hi just wondered how this ended up? The test you attached was certainly positive. Were you pregnant in the end? In my case I never had positive tests. I had 3 failed IUIs and one failed IVF. But I'm going for donor eggs this cycle.
