Ah 😔 I thought the three lines was a good sign! Need to wait a few more weeks then!

The one set of lines is way too high to be nub, it's likely part of the pelvic or hip area.

The lower set of lines is part of the hand. You can see how it's connected to that long structure that goes all the way up the baby's body.

The nub itself is not here, the ultrasound focused on the most outer part of the body (which is why you can see the arm so clearly, on nub shots it would be like the arm isn't there) and so the inner bits aren't seen.
